Extreme Bikers

Grant of License

Extreme Bikers ("the Licensor") hereby grants unto the end user a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Extreme Bikers ("the Software") for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the conditions set forth herein.

Restrictions Upon Use

• The user shall not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any portion of the Software.
• The user shall not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
• The user shall not employ the Software for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
• The user shall not sublicense or transfer rights granted under this agreement.

Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights therein, are and shall remain the exclusive property of Extreme Bikers. This license confers no ownership interest upon the user.

Termination

This license shall remain in force until terminated. Extreme Bikers reserves the right to terminate this license forthwith upon breach of any term herein. Upon termination, the user shall cease all use and destroy all copies of the Software.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NONINFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL Extreme Bikers BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
